The Shabby Tea Room – Week # 74

Hi Again,  I love to visit the challenge blogs and from time to time I see a theme that really catches my eye.   I decided to join in on this weeks challenge at The Shabby Tea Room.  Here is the link where you can find the inspirational photo that caught my eye…  http://theshabbytearoom.blogspot.com/2011/08/week-74-tea-for-two.html  They asked that we use blue and green.   Here is my card….

 I didn’t use any stamps for this card, I tend to do this quite a bit.  I love the decorating part of card making!  Here’s another view…

I did some stitching on this card as well, I am having fun with this new technique!  I made the pins from regular sewing pins and glued the little heart shaped bead on top and used another of the metal charms I picked up from Walmart.

 This is the second time I used this punch to make the flower.  I like it more each time I use it!  Totally Fun!

Hi Again,  This is a little card I made up while I was chatting on the Dare to get Dirty thread last night.  A bunch of us were hanging around on the thread waiting for Understandblue to announce the winners.  It was so much fun!  Here’s my card….

I love these cute little charms I picked up.  Not sure how I am going to manage to give them away tho!  Here’s another look….

The paper is from my huge scrap pile.  A lot of people ask me about this ribbon… it is pre stamped (it comes with the butterflies already printed on it).  I picked it up at our local dollar store and it comes in all different colors.
