Dasher…

4 Dec

Okay… I’ve made a lot of cards, but this one truly appeals to me in every way.  For me it’s all about the bling and bows and this card just shimmers in real life….

I found this beautiful ribbon at Walmart!  It was only $2.50 a roll and I just had to buy it and find some paper that matched.  The paper is made by Recollections – Naughty or Nice paper pad.  The stamp is Dasher by Stampin’ Up! and I heat embossed it with Gold Glitter embossing powder.  Here’s a look at the whole card…

I made 5 of these cards and then I ran out of ribbon!!! I still had enough design paper to make three more cards so I decided to give this ribbon a try and you know what???? I think I like it EVEN BETTER!!!  Don’t you just LOVE IT when that happens????? ;)  Check it out….

This ribbon, also from Walmart has the cutest snowmen on it!  All trimmed with gold glitter.  The bows come out perfectly every time!  Here’s a look at the whole card….

*Happy Sigh*  I don’t think I want to sell these!  LOL!

Hope you like them!

Friend….

Hi Again!  I am starting to worry that I might wear my blog out from posting so much LOL!!!  I am always way behind with posting, I decided this morning that I would completely catch up with my posts!  Here’s another set of cards for the market!

I love the detail of this Martha Stewart butterfly punch.   The stamp set I used is by Hero Arts – Friends.  I made the little white flowers by cutting circles in a spiral and then rolling them with my quilling tool and I added a pearl bead to the centers.  So Easy!

For those of you who are sick of getting email notifications of my blog postings, I am almost finished LOL!!!  Sorry! ;)

Have a great day!

Christmas….

Here’s yet another set of cards I am packing up for the Christmas Market :)

The Poinsettia in the bottom right was made with the Stampin’ Up! Build a Blossom punch.  I made this flower a while back while I was playing around with the punch to see if I could make a nice Christmas flower.  It turned out pretty well, a bit big, but nice!

Have a great day!

Yup! Another post of cards I made for the Christmas Market!  I am trying to get all the cards I have made so far all posted and packed up and ready to go!  The market starts on Thursday night so I am down to the wire here! LOL!!

A HUGE Thank You to Karyn for coming over last night to help me assemble all these cards!  We put together 17 of these cards!  I took this one into work and it was big time popular so I decided to do up quite a few of them :)

The stamp I used for this is By Creative Concepts Stamp It!  It is called Xmas – Snowman & Santa.  I stamped it using Versa Fine Onyx Black and then heat embossed it using clear embossing powder then colored it in with my Copics.  The flower is done with the EK Dimensional Dahlia flower punch.

Have a great day!

Christmas Kiss….

Another set of cards that I have made for the Christmas Market.  I have also made this card before but this time I changed the ribbon.  This is one of my favorite ribbons to use, it adds sparkle and gives an elegant feel to the card.

My husband made this sentiment Digi for me and it is one of my favorites!  You can find the digi under freebies here on my blog.  For the flower I used the EK Dimensional Gerber Daisy Punch.  You can find the tutorial to make this flower here on my blog under tutorials.

Have a great Day!

I am revisiting this card layout… I made a couple of these cards and was unsure if I liked it or not.  I guess it grew on me because I made several more to take with me to the Christmas Market….

I love the Gold heat embossing…. It looks very rich :)

Have a great day!

This is a Digital Sentiment Stamp that my husband Tony made for me.  I love it and I use it often!
