Hi Blog Friends! I have made this card for two reasons…. A lovely friend is recovering from surgery and I wanted to send her an extra special card to let her know that I am thinking of her and I hope she has a speedy recovery. She is the mother of a close SCS friend of mine and I truly cherish the friendship’s I have made from SplitCoast as well as those of you who visit my blog regularly. Also, our dear Kathy is hosting the Mix It Up Challenge this week…. She has challenged us to make a Monochromatic creation and I have been struggling with this all week! LOL!!!
I am surprised at how well this has turned out! I have to say that I totally love this card. In real life it is so whimsy and pretty! I am starting a “For Sale” section on my blog and this is the cards that I am posting for sale. But this first very special one is going in the mail on Monday! I will also be offering the card kits for sale for anyone who wants to make the card for themselves and just purchase the supplies for it.
