Over at the Mix It Up Challenge on SplitCoast our lovely Ms. Lynn has challenged us to use flowers on our cards. Yea… that’s what I said… “challenged us” LOL!!! I am really trying to remember the last time I DIDN’T use a flower! Anyway… this was an easy one for me and if I would have thought about it… I could have posted my last 2 or 3 cards for her challenge! Oh well.. Ms. Lynn.. this one’s for you!…
Sweet and Simple! This was a super quick card to put together and I am really happy with how it turned out.
Enjoy your evening and thanks for stopping by!
Its been ages since I have found the time to play along with the SplitCoast Alphabet Challenge. I’m on vacation this week and have had loads of time to sort and organize my craft room and actually get some creating done! This week we are challenged with the letter B. Here’s what I came up with…. As you can see I used Black, Butterflies, Bling and Birthday so this card should get a pass I would think!
I hope you are all having a great day and thanks for stopping by!
Hi Again…. I have another quick post before I head out to run some errands. Tony and I are going out for breakfast and then off to do a bit of shopping. I have a lovely set of shelves to put up in my craft room thanks to Bobby and Sue!!! I’ll post some pics once I get everything all organized.
Here’s another card I made while playing around with some BEAUTIFUL paper I picked up at The Cutting Garden…. The paper is by First Edition Paper and Kim has it in stock in 6 x 6 Paper Pads as well as 12 x 12 single sheets. For this card I used a sheet of 12 x 12..
Again… I just couldn’t resist adding a big bow and hand made pin…. It’s how I roll! LOL!!! Here’s a look at the whole card…
I also made the custom envelope with matching design paper… I often make my own envelopes, it is such a nice added touch don’t you think?
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day!!
Good Morning Crafty Friends! I have been having some Internet issues the past couple of days but It has been all sorted out so I am back to posting my creations again! Here’s what I have been up to…. I love using embossing folders for my cards, I saw this layout on Pinterest and I decided to give it a try
The stamp I used is KaiserCraft cS946 Bouquet, it is a mini clear stamp and I use this little stamp often. Here’s a look at the whole card….
Pretty huh? As usual, I couldn’t resist adding the nice big bow and hand made pin. Check out the pretty ribbon… Kim at The Cutting Garden has a fantastic selection of ribbon and her prices are fantastic… I am a ribbon hoarder and my husband made me some fantastic ribbon holders that I will share with you very soon… I just want to pretty them up a bit before I show them off!
I hope everyone has a fantastic day and thanks for stopping by!
