Advance posting is fantastic…. I love setting my blog up to post automatically for me in advance. I get lazy posting on the weekend so sometimes I will just take an evening and set some posts up so I don’t have to think about it.
Here is a little masculine card I made last week using the My Favorite Things Lighthouses stamp set…
This one is a super simple easel card stamped in VersaFine Oynx black. I thought it would be a good time to post this card as it is Father’s day weekend.
I hope you are enjoying your weekend and thanks for stopping by!
Good Morning! I hope you are not getting sick of seeing all these masculine cards that I have been posting! I’ve got another quick little one to share with you and then I am off to work! I have a bunch of winter scene stamps sitting on my shelf and when I was trying to think up something new to make for a masculine card, I said “what the heck” surely this will work?…
The stamp is by Hero Arts – K5524. This stamp makes some pretty awesome Christmas cards as well so I felt it was a really good buy.
I hope you all have a fantastic day and thanks for stopping by!
Good Evening! I have finally drug myself away from my garden and back into my craft room to do a quick post. Kim has some new My Mind’s Eye stamps that recently came in and I found a bit of time to ink them up….
This set is from the Find Your Wings and Fly collection called Up & Away. It makes such cute masculine cards and I felt with Father’s day right around the corner it was the perfect time to pull them out to see what I could create. Cute huh? I love these stamps! they are totally fun!
I hope you are all having a great evening and thanks for stopping by!!!
Ugh! It’s Monday again! Where did the weekend go? I didn’t get much crafty time in this past weekend. I spent the majority of my time in my garden. I managed to get all my little vegetable plants in the ground and Tony made my bean towers and I planted my bean seeds. It has been a very productive weekend for me! The weather was absolutely amazing this past weekend and I spent all my time in the back yard. Hopefully I will find some time this week in the evenings to get crafty.
I have a masculine card to share with you this morning. It is just a simple little card…
I picked up this cute little stamp at the yard sale at The Cutting Garden. I felt it would be great for father’s day cards or masculine birthday cards. I am off to get ready for work!
I hope you have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
In preparation for father’s day I thought I would made up some masculine cards for my stash. I often sell my cards to people at work and I have a box of cards for sale at The Cutting Garden (Thanks Kim!!!)…. the money I make from my cards helps fund my crafty obsession which, as I am sure you know, can be quite expensive! LOL!! Anyway, here are some of the Masculine cards I made on the weekend….
Impression Obsession Sail Collage
Stampin’ Up! – Sail Away
The Sail Away stamp I borrowed from Kim. This is a retired stamp and if any of you have it and are no longer using it and want to sell it, I would be very interested. Just send me an email please.
I hope you all have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
Good Morning! Happy Saturday to you all!
Wow am I glad last week is finally over! It was a busy one for me at work… so much happening! But now it’s the weekend and I get to relax and do what ever I want to finally! I was so excited to start my weekend I actually woke up at 5:30 am and came downstairs to my craft room with my nice fresh cup of coffee to sit, relax and catch up on all the things I have missed on Pintrest. Yes! I am so addicted to Pintrest!! LOL!!
I have been thinking a lot this week about what I can come up with for Easter cards and it dawned on me last night that I could just revisit and revise some of my old favorites! These two cards I am about to post, I made quite a while ago and I have kept them in my stash because I really wanted to make them again. The are definitely two of my favorite cards…
I think these could easily be made into lovely easter cards don’t you think? I think I will get to work on making some variations of these this weekend.
I hope you all enjoy your weekend and thanks so much for stopping by!!
Here’s a peek at what I will be teaching next Saturday!
I’m not sure if you can see it very clearly, but I used chalks on the masculine card for the sky and water. I really enjoyed making these cards and I can’t wait to share them with the ladies that sign up for the class!!
Have a great evening and thanks for stopping by!!!!
I just couldn’t wrap my tiny little mind around Challenge #6 – Inspired by worlds flags. I am going to reserve the right to go back to it once I have a think about it Here is my next entry. It was a challenge to create a card about Grilling….
I got this image from the Digistamp Boutique. It is called BBQ Alf.
Hope you like it!
I always have a hard time with masculine cards. I hope this isn’t cheating as I didn’t use a stamp for the cars. I found this really great paper at Carsand Mosher and it is made by graphic 45, A Proper Gentleman Collection – On the Boulevard # 4500179. The striped background is also made by graphic 45 Le Cirque Collection – Circus Parade #4500305. Hope you like it!
Here’s another masculine card that I think I could use for either a birthday or father’s day. Hope you like it
