Good Morning! I made this card about a week ago at the weekend crop at The Cutting Garden. My mojo is so sporadic lately! One day I have loads of ideas and other days I can’t seem to come up with anything! At first I was unsure if I liked this card but it has kinda grown on me. I borrowed the lovely flourish stamp from Kim and pulled out my Faded Jeans distress ink and went to town. I used a white gel pen to trace along the flourish to give it some dimension. I am very pleased with how it came out.
The butterfly stamp is by Memory Box and I bought this ages ago at The Cutting Garden but I am just now getting the chance to play with it.
I hope everyone has a great day and thanks for stopping by!
Lisa Lisa Lisa this is just beautiful, I love it. I have that stamp and have been thinking of using it a lot…. are you in my head stealing my ideas?
I love the white gel pen work, very very lifting!! You make such amazing creations. I love everything you do and get such great ideas from you.
Thanks for sharing, hugs 🙂
Yes!!! I picked it out of your brain on skype the other night LOL!!!! Now ink up that beautiful stamp and have some fun!! I have to get my thinking cap on and see what I can do with the doily stamp! Tag i’m It! 😀 Have a great day Lauren!! 😀
This is stunning Lisa!! Love how you have highlighted the flourish. You have a steady hand. The butterfly looks really great against the text.

Another beauty.. I love the white accent. We did this so much in the folk art painting that was so popular many years ago, I kind of forgot about it…. Did I tell you I really love this card…..
Love the colors, love the stamp, love the flutterby!!
