I just had to post this picture that Tony took this morning of the ice clinging to our close line in our back yard. One minute it was raining and the next there is a coat of ice covering everything!
Hope you all have a great day! I will be back later to share something crafty with you.
Hi Blog Friends,
I thought I would pop in to share a card that I made this weekend using my new Penny Black Botanical Notes stamp that I picked up from The Cutting Garden this weekend. I finally had a chance to bring out my Inktense water color pencils to see how they would work on this lovely stamp.
I am really pleased with how this turned out, the colors are nice and vibrant using these pencils. Kim also has these in stock in a couple of different size packs.
I stamped the image twice and cut the colored image out and popped it up on top. This will make a lovely Mother’s day card to send off to England to Tony’s mom.
I hope you all had a fantastic weekend and thanks for stopping by!
We have had a nasty winter here in Nova Scotia… way too much snow! We are all praying for spring to finally start. I have been busy making some cheery cards with warmer weather in mind.
I have started a new Facebook page where I will be selling some of the craftiness that I have been creating.
I would love it if you liked and shared my page! Here’s the link: https://www.facebook.com/lisaslittlecrafting.cottage
I hope you all are having a fantastic weekend!
It has been ages since I have made a blog post! I took a little break but I am back crafting up a storm! I have loads of things to share with you and I will be posting regularly again 🙂
I put together this pretty little gift set a couple of weeks ago. I love how feminine it is.
The box can hold treats or possibly some jewelery.
I decorated it with some purchased already made flowers as well as the big white flower that I made using my Cameo. The butterfly punch is by Martha Stewart and I picked up the Punch Around the Page set as well as this single butterfly from The Cutting Garden.
I decorated a white gift bag to match the set for the box to go in. I love hand made gifts, they truly are the best gifts to receive because the recipient knows how much effort you put into gifts like this.
I hope what I have shared with you today inspires you to create something beautiful.
Thanks for stopping by!
