Morning Lilies Peg Stamps….

24 Oct

Happy Friday!

I scored some new Rubber Stamp Tapestry Peg Stamp sets and I tucked into my craft room last night to ink them up….

Christmas Lilly 1

The stamp set is called Morning Lilies but I decided to make them Christmas Lilies!  Once I got them all finished I thought I might take them over to The Cutting Garden to see if these should be posted as a class.

Here is a closer look at them…

Good Morning!

I thought I would share another pretty Christmas card with you that I made last weekend.  I am heading over to The Cutting Garden this morning to soak up the crafty goodness and hopefully score some fun new stamps to play with!

Peace 001

This card measures 5 x 5 and again I am using the Tim Holtz tattered poinsettia die and the reindeer flight die.  I heat embossed a pretty snowflake on the dear.

Well I am off to get my day started!  Have a good one!

Evening All!

I have been toying around with the idea of Jewelry making for the last several months and after purchasing a bracelet similar to this one recently, I just had to give it a go….

Bracelet 001

I immediately fell in love with that beautiful flower and I hunted until I found it.  This is such a pretty bracelet in my opinion!  These would make lovely Christmas presents!  I can’t wait until my next day off!  I am going to settle in and make a few more!

Hope you all are having a great week and thanks for stopping by!

Penny Black – Adornment

13 Oct

Here is another pretty Christmas Card that has loads of sparkle!  I love this glitter paper and I usually go through loads of it this time of year making Christmas Cards….

Adornment 001

I used one of my many Martha Stewart Punch Around the Page punch sets to make the back panel.  I heat embossed the Adornment Stamp by Penny Black with Sterling Silver embossing powder and finished it off with loads of gems.  I think I will make some more of this one, I really like how it turned out.

Thanks so much for stopping by!!!

Spellbinders Doily Fun….

10 Oct

I have another Christmas Card to share with you.  I am  on a roll today!  I wish this would happen to me with housework! LOL!

Spellbinders Doily Fun 001

I used the new Doily Fun stamp by Spellbinders to make my design paper background using clear embossing powder and inking Tumbled Glass distress ink over the top.  The music die is by Memory Box and the Poinsettia Die is by Tim Holtz, all bought from The Cutting Garden.  I love how the poinsettia looks when it is embossed, it gives it beautiful dimension.

I hope you all don’t mind all the email you are getting from me because of my blog posts!  I promise I will stop eventually!

Have a great day!

Winter Wishes….

10 Oct

I’m still at it!  Home alone and getting in as much crafty time as I can! LOL!  I am in Christmas Card mode these days so I might as well run with it….

Winter Wishes 001

I love this new Spellbinders Card Creator A2 Devine Eleoquence die set that I picked up at The Cutting Garden a few weeks ago.  I have asked them to bring more of these in.  They make card making so easy!  I paired these dies with the Tim Holtz Reindeer Flight die and made an elegant Christmas card in about 10 minutes!

I hope you all are having a great day and thanks for stopping by!

Tim Holtz Christmas Card 2

Good Morning Blog Friends!

I am still battling this nasty cold and thank goodness today is my day off, I can stay home from work and play in my craft room while I sniffle and sneeze.  I think this Christmas is going to be all about these beautiful Reindeer by Tim Holtz.  I picked up a few Christmas Dies from the Cutting Garden recently and this is one of my favorites it is called Reindeer Flight.  I love the vintage feel to this card, the red and gold just screams Christmas to me.

Tim Holtz Chrismas Card

I am also hooked on this Silver & Gold paper line by BoBunny that The Garden is stocking!  It has that old world feel and I can’t seem to get enough of it.  I am going to have to head over to pick up some more if there is any left!

I hope you all have a great day and thanks for stopping by!!

Joy….

Good Morning!

I am on a roll with getting my Christmas Cards done!  It helps when I get new stamps to play with, that really motivates me.  I totally fell in love with the Stampin Up Wondrous Wreath Stamp and Die combo in this years holiday catalog so I ordered it right away and here is what I came up with…

Joy 001

I had to mess around with this one a bit until I got it the way I wanted it.  I really wanted some gold paper for the first mat layer but I didn’t have any so I made my own!  I just ran the edges of my paper over my VersaMark pad and then used gold embossing powder and then heat set it.  It was totally easy and it turned out exactly how I wanted it!

This is another set of cards I can tuck away until I need them!  How are you all doing with your Christmas cards?  Inquiring minds what to know!?

Have a great day and thanks for stopping by!
